Does artificial turf get too hot in the Texas sun?
Artificial turf does run warmer than natural grass in direct summer sun. Infill choice makes the biggest difference — every install gets application-specific infill matched to its sun exposure — and shade or a quick rinse brings the surface temperature down fast. We'll walk through heat behavior for your specific yard at your consultation.
What about my dogs?
Pet zones get our K9 GUARD ULTRA system — an Infinity Drain base with antimicrobial infill. No mud, no odor, no compromise: it's built for daily use and rinses clean.
Will it affect my drainage or foundation?
No — it's engineered the other way. Every installation is graded away from your foundation on a compacted, fully permeable base, with utilities sleeved and a commercial-grade weed barrier between soil and base.
How long does it last, and what does the warranty cover?
We install 50–111oz premium turf only, and every installation is backed in writing by a 15-year material warranty and a 2-year labor warranty.
Do HOAs allow artificial turf?
Many DFW HOAs approve artificial turf, and product specifications are available for your application. Bring it up during your consultation and we'll help you navigate the approval.
